Scheduling your first session is simple. You can fill out the contact form on this site, call 281-310-1168, or email socratictherapy@gmail.com to arrange a 15-minute consultation or schedule an appointment.

Do you accept insurance?

Socratic Therapy operates as an out-of-network provider, meaning insurance is not directly accepted. However, a superbill can be provided upon request, which you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.

Where are you located?

All sessions are offered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for clients across Texas.

How long are therapy sessions?

  • Initial session: 60–70 minutes, focused on understanding your needs and setting goals for therapy.

  • Follow-up sessions: Approximately 50 minutes, dedicated to working on your goals and making adjustments as needed.

What are the session fees?

  • Initial session: $160

  • Follow-up sessions: $160

How long will I need to be in therapy to feel better?

The duration of therapy varies depending on individual goals, symptoms, and commitment to the process. Many people begin noticing meaningful changes after 8–10 sessions, but your timeline will be unique to you.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel appointments. If your session is scheduled for a Monday, please leave a voicemail by Friday to confirm the cancellation. Missed sessions without proper notice will incur the full session fee. Exceptions for emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
